Location, staff, and rooms are superb! My only request for change would be having a stop lock on the inside of the door.

Everything was great. Loved the concept of the boutique hotel and easy self-access. Off-site parking was straightforward and nearby. No issues and would absolutely stay again!

The room was a wonderful retreat from the hustle and bustle. It was very comfortable! I really care about bed comfort and noise level and everything feeling very clean and the room hit all of those points. The only thing was I couldn’t control the “thermostat” despite my efforts. The room temp was fine though, just a bit warm. But overall a great place and I’d definitely go back.

Really enjoyed Palace Modern—super cozy, quiet, and thoughtfully designed. The decor is simple and elegant, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Instructions for getting inside were easy and very clear. I was traveling with a group of about 20 people who were staying at a hotel on the other side of the plaza, and it was an easy, safe walk to meet up with them. They use a low-touch housekeeping model unless you request more, which worked perfectly. There’s also a glass-door closet stocked with extras like towels and other essentials, which was really convenient. Highly recommend La Boca just down the street—the pomegranate martini is a must. And if you want a break from Latin food, there’s a sushi spot right next door.

Super great stay! Easy access, clear instructions, clean and quiet! The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was aesthetically pleasing. The restaurants and coffee shop just outside the hotel made the stay all that much better. Very walkable with many shopping options.

We chose Jennifer’s place at the Palace Modern so we didn’t need to drive to places we wanted to visit on the Plaza area. We live in the Albuquerque area and visited Santa Fe to watch a performance at the Lensic theatre and grab dinner within walking distance. This place is the perfect match for anyone not wanting to drive to restaurants and shops on the Plaza. Jennifer did a phenomenal job explaining check-in procedures and other questions we had. I plan on booking with her again next month.
