To preserve the privacy and rhythm of your stay, Palace Modern does not provide daily housekeeping.

Instead, guests have 24-hour access to the Amenities Room, thoughtfully stocked with comforts for whenever you need them.

For stays of four nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay refresh is included; additional housekeeping services may be arranged for a fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY
As a locally owned boutique property, each reservation truly matters to us.

Due to our intimate size, cancellations made less than five (5) days of check-in are non-refundable, as they have a direct impact on our small business.

For a full refund, please notify us at least five (5) days before arrival.

If your plans change, you’re welcome to transfer your reservation to a friend or family member.

We enjoyed Jennifer’s place. Clear instructions were given, and it was easy to access. It was walking distance to the plaza, which was very nice. The room was very clean, and I liked the fact we could access extra coffee, towels, etc., if needed. My only complaint, which is trivial, would be the pillows. They were very soft and not comfortable for me. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!

I will definitely staff at Palace Modern again! Positive: There is no breakfast service but the hotel is walking distance to outstanding restaurants. Peet's coffee was available in the room. Negative: One fellow traveler didn't have her entry code, and since there was no staff on site she couldn't get in to her room. I think her room was booked by a third party so she wasn't prepared.
