We are available by phone or text, and members of our team are frequently on property throughout the day — present when needed, never intrusive.

For special requests or intimate gatherings, we would be delighted to help create something memorable — simply reach out.

To preserve the privacy and rhythm of your stay, Palace Modern does not provide daily housekeeping.

Instead, guests have 24-hour access to the Amenities Room, thoughtfully stocked with comforts for whenever you need them.

For stays of four nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay refresh is included; additional housekeeping services may be arranged for a fee.

Due to our intimate size, cancellations made less than five (5) days of check-in are non-refundable, as they have a direct impact on our small business.

For a full refund, please notify us at least five (5) days before arrival.

Great location for Santa Fe and reasonably priced. Really enjoyed the stay and the space. Minor hassle with the parking. Coffee shop and two restaurants next to the hotel were convenient and very tasty! Will definitely stay here again!

Great location! Walking to everything! Room had nice amenities! Very clean. Nice sheets & pillows. Delicious coffee bar right out the door. Nice art gallery quite visible. Accommodating when early check-in was very helpful since we were traveling with golf clubs. Room hit a lot of high notes! I’d stay again for sure! Thank you!!!

The room is beautiful and clean and quiet which is a plus. Steps to everything around the square. Information from host was easy to follow as far as accessing the room and also the parking location for the car. Loved our stay.
