To preserve the privacy and rhythm of your stay, Palace Modern does not provide daily housekeeping.

Instead, guests have 24-hour access to the Amenities Room, thoughtfully stocked with comforts for whenever you need them.

For stays of four nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay refresh is included; additional housekeeping services may be arranged for a fee.

Versos, our contemporary Mexican restaurant, is coming soon.

Complimentary off-site parking is included during your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY
As a locally owned boutique property, each reservation truly matters to us.

Due to our intimate size, cancellations made less than five (5) days of check-in are non-refundable, as they have a direct impact on our small business.

For a full refund, please notify us at least five (5) days before arrival.

If your plans change, you’re welcome to transfer your reservation to a friend or family member.

Beautiful inn in a great location. Positive: With 16 rooms this has the warmth of an inn. The recent renovations are beautiful and comfortable. And you can’t beat the location. When we needed to store our luggage for a few hours, Jennifer was very helpful. Negative: We loved everything about the property. This was a good find.

My friend and I were only able to stay here for one night on our trip across New Mexico from Colorado to Texas, but it was such a calming and quiet spot right in the heart of Santa Fe that we will most definitely be coming back the next chance we get. We really enjoyed the chic designs of the light fixtures and art within the property, and found ourselves wanting to hang out and relax in the modern yet cozy bathroom after a long day of exploring the city. Highly recommend staying here if you have the time, even just for a night like us!

Very clean and private space! Sushi bar and coffee shop on either side were wonderful. Many good restaurants and museums within walking distance. The parking is a little far, but it is free.
