Contactless check-in allows for a seamless arrival, free from the formality of a traditional front desk — only thoughtfully designed spaces and the freedom to experience Santa Fe on your own terms.

We are available by phone or text, and members of our team are frequently on property throughout the day — present when needed, never intrusive.

For special requests or intimate gatherings, we would be delighted to help create something memorable — simply reach out.

To preserve the privacy and rhythm of your stay, Palace Modern does not provide daily housekeeping.

Instead, guests have 24-hour access to the Amenities Room, thoughtfully stocked with comforts for whenever you need them.

For stays of four nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay refresh is included; additional housekeeping services may be arranged for a fee.

After exploring the Plaza, return to the gallery, the den, or our on-site café and sushi bar.

Versos, our contemporary Mexican restaurant, is coming soon.

Complimentary off-site parking is included during your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY
As a locally owned boutique property, each reservation truly matters to us.

Due to our intimate size, cancellations made less than five (5) days of check-in are non-refundable, as they have a direct impact on our small business.

For a full refund, please notify us at least five (5) days before arrival.

If your plans change, you’re welcome to transfer your reservation to a friend or family member.

This hotel is an absolute GEM! Staying here every time I come back to Santa Fe. So modern and elegant. Loved having a separate living room from the bedroom. Having coffee in the room was so nice! Love the 'invisible checkin process'. Made it super easy! Highly recommend this hotel!

My sister and I had a lovely stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. What a delightful surprise it was. It was extremely clean and comfortable while also being visually, historically and architecturally rich. It is Within easy walking distance of the town square and galleries, shopping and restaurants. Jennifer and Bobby were both incredibly kind and helpful! I look forward to my next trip to Santa Fe and another stay at the completely enjoyable Palace Modern.

The perfect spot for me in Santa Fe - right in town, beautiful accommodations, the perfect bed/linens/pillows, and the living room area in my suite was ideal for me. Service was perfect - there when you need something, invisible when you don't. Palace Modern is my new favorite place to stay in Santa Fe.

I had an adventure in Santa Fe to help my parents, and Jennifer could not have been more helpful during my stay. She was very responsive and accommodating. The surroundings were amazing ang the decor exquisite as the gallery welcomed me each night and everything, I needed very accessible. The evening walks offer dinner choices and museums along the way all in easy reach. The surroundings are also peaceful and perfect for a quiet evening in. I loved the stay in my cozy suite where I felt safe and welcome.

Scam, overpriced. Don't stay here. Negative: The advertised free parking was full, I had to pay both days. There was nobody working at the hotel for check in and then they hassled me for my credit card info the next day. I gave them my info and now they're still spamming me threatening to send me to collections because they messed up? This place is an overpriced scam.

The hotel is in a great location to good restaurants and the plaza with a good sushi and coffee shop next door. Easy check in and out and near parking with gate card access given. Beds comfy and was a great stay.
