To preserve the privacy and rhythm of your stay, Palace Modern does not provide daily housekeeping.

Instead, guests have 24-hour access to the Amenities Room, thoughtfully stocked with comforts for whenever you need them.

For stays of four nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay refresh is included; additional housekeeping services may be arranged for a fee.

As a locally owned boutique property, each reservation truly matters to us.

Due to our intimate size, cancellations made less than five (5) days of check-in are non-refundable, as they have a direct impact on our small business.

For a full refund, please notify us at least five (5) days before arrival.

If your plans change, you’re welcome to transfer your reservation to a friend or family member.

Palace Modern was chosen for its unique modern + Santa Fe ambiance. From the spacious and artful lobby to Seth Anderson's art gallery to the spacious, comfortable rooms, the hotel's restortation creates a sense of exclusiveness and yet modern comforts. A perfect place to explore Santa Fe's center and pleasureable walks, abundant art galleries and wide variety of restaurants. Oh yes, do find the Five and Dime (1 of only 5 still open in the US).

It's a good location. We didn't realize all the rooms were subterranean and would have liked a window that operated. In fact there was no egress which is not safe. The water from the shower went all over the bathroom no matter what we tried. I liked the pillow and the bad was comfortable.

Beautiful rooms in a perfect location less than 5 minutes stroll from the plaza. At times during the day the lovely cathedral bells toll but the atmosphere inside is snug and quiet. There are luxurious linens and tasteful modern decor in a cool, restful color scheme, delicious coffee next door and fabulous food in several locations on the same block. Had the good fortune to visit with the owners who were on site attending to business properties in the nearby storefronts. Friendly, gracious people. A top shelf stay in a fabulous city.
