To preserve the privacy and rhythm of your stay, Palace Modern does not provide daily housekeeping.

Instead, guests have 24-hour access to the Amenities Room, thoughtfully stocked with comforts for whenever you need them.

For stays of four nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay refresh is included; additional housekeeping services may be arranged for a fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY
As a locally owned boutique property, each reservation truly matters to us.

Due to our intimate size, cancellations made less than five (5) days of check-in are non-refundable, as they have a direct impact on our small business.

For a full refund, please notify us at least five (5) days before arrival.

If your plans change, you’re welcome to transfer your reservation to a friend or family member.

It started with the first impression of walking into the lovely entrance, tastefully decorated and immaculate. The self check-in process was flawless, and the customized codes utilized for our entry into the hotel, the lobby and to our room worked perfectly. The staff that we did interact with were courteous, professional, pleasant and helpful. Our room was outstanding, comfortable, and furnished in a lovely fashion. Parking was efficient and easy in an enclosed parking garage nearby. We are happy to highly recommend Palace Modern to anyone visiting Santa Fe. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of multiple excellent restaurants, shopping, artwork, and the Plaza.

The Palace Modern is a spa like retreat! Beautiful aesthetic, super thoughtful accommodations including luxe bedding… all in the perfect location! Big plus, Izmi Sushi and the Mud Hut Coffee Shop are awesome and they are in the building!

Our stay was lovely. Check-in was seamless, made even more so by the assistance of Jae. We arrived pre-check in and she kindly met us at the property and allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel prior to check in time. The hotel has an ideal location allowing us to walk everywhere and enjoy the pleasures of visiting Santa Fe.

Great location and wonderful room . Particularly, loved the pillows and bedding. Very comfortable. very quiet. Having the "refill": closet for coffee, cups etc was a nice touch. Parking although 2 blocks away was easy to find and use . Would definitely stay again.
