To preserve the privacy and rhythm of your stay, Palace Modern does not provide daily housekeeping.

Instead, guests have 24-hour access to the Amenities Room, thoughtfully stocked with comforts for whenever you need them.

For stays of four nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay refresh is included; additional housekeeping services may be arranged for a fee.

Positive: Know that this is an automated experience, without any human contact. They provided excellent instructions on codes, dos and don'ts, and the experience was without any problems. Nice rooms. Great location. Negative: Nothing. Thoughtful rooms and amenities. Really nice.

We have visited Santa Fe many times over the years, staying in hotels, VRBO’s in town and out of town. The location of the hotel is ideal. You can step out the door and be in short walking distance to the Plaza, restaurants and shops. The rooms are comfortable and the the self-service room with towels, soap, coffee, etc is a great idea. Having to park a car in a ramp several blocks away is an inconvenience.

Loved our stay here! The building is gorgeous, clean, modern. We’ve never done a self serve like this, but it was lovely! The bed was comfy, the room was decorated beautifully and it was right in the heart of where we wanted to be. I appreciate nice decor and the small details. This place is one Ill book again!
