Palace Modern Residences at the Railyard - Casita

I only stayed for 1 night to be near Santa Fe Plaza. It was a beautiful room and was very relaxing after a day of walking around and exploring the town!

Very calm, clean interior. Really nicely decorated. Perfect size for us and close to a lot of coffee and restaurants.

Super sweet place. Really loaded with every amenity. Great off street parking. I have lived in Santa Fe most of my life and stayed here before a move. It was a blast to be a tourist and from Rosita Casita I was able to walk everywhere. I know and love Santa Fe, and the casita gives fantastic access to the best of the city. The bed was great, the back patio lovely and an incredibly well stocked kitchen. The very best part of it all was the warm professionalism and care of Jennifer who set things up like a master. Will stay again!

We stayed seven nights with our dog and had the most delightful, coziest, safest, experience. We didn't even use a car..we walked to the Railyard, coffee, restaurants, Whole Foods the Santa Fe Plaza. Our host was incredibly kind and compassionate when we had to stay two additional nights due to unforeseen circumstances. She was responsive And delightful whenever we needed anything. She never made us feel like we were a bother. In her hands everything will go smoothly! The Casita Rosita is beautifully designed with modern and old style elements, really well done! It has beams on the ceiling and a cute fenced in little backyard space and front patio, private and quiet. This is your next booking , enjoy!!

Location 15/10 Style 10/10 Environment 10/10 Kitchen 10/10 Sleeping arrangements 10/10 Upkeep/Maintenance 5/10 Privacy 5/10 This was a gem of a stay in Santa Fe! The unit needs a little attention (art falling off the walls due to improper install, clothes hanger not operational, shower doesn't work well) and there is a Ring camera right on the front door so you feel like you're being watched the entire time - and if you let the door swing open it records in the unit so you have to make sure everyone is out of the way/dressed. Lastly, the host wasn't very responsive to any communications sent, but there was nothing urgent so not a big deal at all. However, overall it was a pleasant experience. The location is so fantastic, it's worth it! Would recommend.

We booked this place last minute and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The host was incredibly accommodating allowing us to check in a bit early and warmly welcoming us upon arrival. The space was just what we needed and everything went smoothly. Tons of options nearby. Highly recommend!

Cozy Casita with all the modern necessities. Quiet neighborhood, location to Plaza and Railyard exceptional. 2 private patios too!
